Slow Down There’s an art to it, you know… the art of slowing down. In this day and age, in the year 2025, we thrive on going, going, gone. Am I right? Most days, what we see on the internet or TV or all the things we watch, people are constantly on the move, and it’s almost praised. It’s as if being busy equals being valid. But where does that leave us? What does that leave us with? Sometimes, the best answer to your problems is simply slowing down. So how do we do it? In the morning, what’s the first thing you do? Do you grab your phone, scroll, and launch right into your day? Always on the move, never taking a second to just be? I’d like to offer something different: instead of hopping straight onto your phone, just sit for a moment. Breathe. Drink some water. Feel the quiet before the day begins.
