A Quick Stress Overview


Hey guys! Another week has come and I wanted to touch base with everyone. I want the very best for all of my readers and for myself as well. So I want to encourage us all to evaluate our personal lives and how it correlates to stress. 

I know personally, I have been under a lot of stress this year and more specifically this past month has seemed to have heightened the intensity of my stress. I felt the need to briefly read up on this topic. At work the other day, I was sitting on my lunch break and with nothing better to do I decided to make a video sharing some of the information I’ve learned in the past and what I needed to really keep practicing.

I hope everyone reading this finds any words I have to say at least slightly beneficial. I hope that if you leave this site with a little more knowledge about stress, then I have accomplished my goal. I plan on digging deeper into stress over the course of a few more posts but I hope you check out the video to be able to see what I have to say. I have a lot to review again and even more to learn. Please bear with me as I delve into something I usually struggle with.
